  • 1 hazelnut Butter
  • 1 bag Yeast
  • 5 cl Milk
  • 100 g Coconut powder
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 180 g Flour
  • 2 Soup spoon for decoration
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 cl Oil
  • 5 cl Milk


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6). Pour the flour into a bowl and mix with the yeast, sugar and coconut (save some for decoration).
  • Make a well in the centre and then add the eggs, milk, coconut milk and oil. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
  • Pour the mixture into small buttered muffin cups and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and serve warm or cold.
