Materials

  • 100 g Butter
  • 120 g Dark chocolate
  • 120 g Sifted flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 Whole walnut kernels
  • 30 g Bitter chocolate
  • 50 g Semolina sugar
  • 80 g Brown sugar
  • 80 g Crushed walnut kernels
  • 100 g Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven th.6 (180 °C). Butter and flour a 25 cm square pan.
  • Break the two chocolates into small pieces. Melt them in a double boiler and add the butter off the heat. Mix to have a smooth preparation. Stir in the brown sugar and caster sugar, then the eggs, vanilla, flour and nuts.
  • Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour into the mold. Slide into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Turn out on a rack as soon as you leave the oven, let it cool and cut the biscuit into squares or diamonds and place a walnut kernel on each one.
